Old Pasadena In-Person Walking Tour featuring Dayton Street We are once again offering regular tours of Old Pasadena on the first Saturday of the month, and continuing every other month. Each tour will have a slightly different route and theme so each tour will be slightly different. June’s tour will included historic Dayton Street and some of our first Black-owned businesses, the first fire station, and Friendship Baptist Church. Old Pasadena is a shopping and dining destination, but without Pasadena Heritage, this National Register Historic District would have been destroyed! Now it is one of the finest examples of downtown revitalizations in the country. Let one of our trained docents lead you through the historic district and reveal its many hidden and unusual architectural details, old alleyways, and historic signs. Tours last approximately 1 hour 15 minutes and cover nearly 1 mile.
