Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential pools and spa Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. Follow building plans and blueprints. Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies. Requirements Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential pool and spa. Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals. Follow building plans and blueprints. Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies. Perform rough plumbing and backfill on new construction. Pre-plumb pool and spa before shoot. Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used. Assemble, install, maintain, and pressure test all pipes, fittings, and fixtures of pool and spa according to specifications and plumbing codes. Determine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders.
