Landscape Field Manager P & T Lawn & Tractor Service – Alva, FL 33920 Apply Now P & T Lawn and Tractor Service, Inc. is looking for a field manager to oversee all field operations and perform the following task: • Ability to guide and advise field staff and assist them in carrying out their duties. • Position often requires you to serve as the spokesperson between the client and the crew, and/or the management and the crew. • Position requires the ability to work with limited direct supervision. • Must be able to work in and around all landscaping settings including direct contact with various plant and landscaping materials and exposure to various dust, noise, and weather conditions. • Knowledge of perennials, shrubs, and trees; identification and environmental requirements. • Effectively dispatch multiple crews and variety of equipment to job sites throughout the day. • Must be able to operate emails on computer. • Must have very strong organizational and planning skills; ability to manage changing priorities and workflow. • Responsible for documenting payroll hours for all employees. • Ability and knowledge of landscaping tasks to estimate hours and scope needed for estimator to complete pricing. • Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and assist with other projects, as required. • Good communication skills, both verbal and written is a must. Must be able to speak English. Bilingual is preferred. • Must possess a clean and valid driver’s license. • Other duties may be assigned as business demands. • Salary will be negotiable Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour Schedule: • 10 - 12 hour shift
