A shorter hike than our usual (3 mile). Just in time for Mother’s Day bring mama for a relaxing time! Directions: From Highway 101 in Marin County, exit Sir Francis Drake/San Anselmo. Drive west on Sir Francis Drake about 5 miles to Fairfax. Turn left at a traffic light onto Pastori, and make an immediate right onto Broadway. Continue .3 miles to Bolinas Road, turn left, go .4 miles and bend right Cascade Fire Road. Continue half a mile to reach the limited roadside parking area where the street dead ends at the preserve gate.
