JOB DESCRIPTION Our Picking/Packing position is very similar to completing in store online orders! Our warehouse, located near the airport is equipped with Full A/C. Overtime available per business need. OPEN CALL You are invited to our Open Call! Please bring a pen and a smile, no resume required. No experience required. *WEDNESDAY AT 3:15PM (4/27) OR *MONDAY AT 3:15PM (5/2) LOCATION *6800 Paradise Las Vegas, NV 89119 TRAINING BONUS *$320 Bonus - Successfully complete your 35-day Training and Evaluation Period and receive a $320 Bonus PAY *Starting $13/hour + $2/hour Incentives INCENTIVES EXPLAINED *INCENTIVE 1 = +$1/hour bonus = There is a $40 weekly bonus for perfect attendance. (Starts after you clear your training period) BENEFITS - FULL BENEFITS *Health Benefit- Medical Care *Health Benefit- Dental Care *Health Benefit- Vision Care *Retirement Benefit - 401K with Company matching *Discretionary Paid Time Off *Employee Discount – 75% off everything we sell HOURS *40 Hours Guaranteed every week / Your schedule is posting weekly *Weekend availability is required *Day Shift Only- Start at 6:30am, end at 3:00pm DUTIES *Stocking Items – Check sku/ size accuracy while stocking product *Receiving Inventory - Receive inventory off containers into our computer system *Picking Orders - Collecting items in the warehouse to fulfill orders. *Quality Control – Check all items to ensure they are in good condition *Pack Orders – Be sure the pickers have picked the correct items for the order *Shipping Orders - label packages and sort the mail *Other - all other warehouse tasks including inventory, supply checking, etc REQUIREMENTS *Responsible, dependable and honest *Must have a strong sense of urgency *Must be at least 18 years old *Fluency in both written and spoken English *Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull up to 40lbs *Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations *Specific vision abilities required to include (with or without corrective lenses): close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus *Move about inside a warehouse without climate control, standing and walking for up to an entire shift, year-round *Ability to stand continuously for long periods of time. *Must be able to constantly position self to access product locations (stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, and reach) *Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance Equal Opportunity Employer.
