FREEPORT, NY — A woman was robbed in a home invasion in Freeport Thursday night, and police are asking anyone with information to come forward. According to police, five men in dark clothes broke into a home on Johnson Place at 11:38 p.m. One of them pulled out a handgun, and the 56-year-old woman in the home was forced to the floor. The men demanded cash, and then fled the scene with the money. Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
