SWAMPSCOTT, MA — Swampscott voters will go to the polls in the annual town election on Tuesday. Here's what you need to know if you are headed to the polls. Who's running? The following races are contested. Select Board (Vote for no more than 2 candidates; 3-year term) Kimberly Martin-Epstein MaryEllen Fletcher Katie Phelan Housing Authority (Vote for no more than 1 candidate; 3-year term) Charles Patsios Sean Regan The following races are not contested. School Committee (Vote for no more than 2 candidates; 3-year term) Carin Marshall Amy O'Connor Moderator (1-year term) Michael McClung Board of Assessors (3-year term) Neil Sheehan Trustee of the Board of Library (3-year term) Neil DeChillo Board of Health (3-year term) Peter Sheckman Planning Board (5-year term) Angela Ippolito Constable (Vote for no more than 3 candidates) Jeffrey Blonder Gabriele Mongiello Swampscott residents will also vote for precinct town meeting members. Election Day voting Voting for the April 26 annual town election will be held at Swampscott High School for all six precincts from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. If you are not sure what precinct you are in, visit the Secretary of State's website. Absentee voting All absentee ballots are returned to the Town Clerk's office at 22 Monument Ave. Your ballot must be received by the Town Clerk by 8 p.m. on Election Night.
