Homemade Chicken Parm, anyone? Not to worry, it's gluten & dairy free and delicious!
I’m Leanne Glasser and I’m a holistic health coach (former Hashimoto’s warrior) helping women with autoimmune and thyroid issues heal through simple nutritional and lifestyle changes.
I started hosting local autoimmune and thyroid meetups and events like this cooking class, in an effort to spread awareness around how we can naturally heal and also to help us all find support and connection in what can sometimes feel like a lonely world.
Living with all of these symptoms and having to make changes to better our health like giving up gluten and dairy - sure can be hard! Especially when we have to give up some of our favorite meals...like chicken parm!
Not to fear, Regina Martin from Wellness Kitchen will show us how to create a gluten and dairy free baked chicken parm with an easy homemade tomato sauce, zucchini noodles, and an incredible cashew based "cheese" sauce that you can literally put on anything.
We are all about quick and easy meals so we will also share lots of other tips to have you creating simple, healthy, sustainable, and ENJOYABLE meals in no time.
