Emergency I-495 Repairs In Marlborough During Monday Commute

MARLBOROUGH, MA — MassDOT is warning drivers in the Marlborough area to be prepared for a potentially slower evening commute due to ongoing emergency repairs. MassDOT began working to repair an I-495 bridge deck on Monday afternoon near the I-290 interchange. Work crews have had to keep the right northbound lane in that area closed while they work. "Drivers who are traveling through the impacted areas should expect delays, reduce speed, and use caution," MassDOT said in a bulletin. MassDOT did not give an end time for the repairs, only saying the work "will continue through the evening commute."
