We're a Tempe-based, family-owned E-commerce business looking for a Warehouse Warrior. No experience necessary. What is a Warehouse Warrior? A Warehouse Warrior takes a pile of UN-packaged products, wrangles them into boxes, and magically sends them out across the country to eager customers. This is pretty much what Santa Claus and his elves do! How cool is that! How heavy and big are these boxes and how are the packages sent? The packages are from 1 ounce to 20 pounds and from 6" X 6" to 12" X 72". We ship through FedEx and the USPS. This is not assembly-line work. The tasks here will vary from day to day. We find that people who enjoy this job usually have been working in non-Warrior positions where they must deal with the non-Warrior people. We’re talking retail, call center, or food service jobs. In this job you will only interact with other Warriors. This is a full-time Monday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM & Tuesday-Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM position. You may be called into work at other times if our company is attacked. We do not employ robots. Responsibilities: -Adhere to the Warrior Ethic (show up on time, sober, and wanting to work pretty much every single day) -Packing FedEx/USPS orders (this is likely to be 80% of the job) -Order picking -Receiving products -Inventory -Light cleaning Desirable Skills & Qualities: -As with all great Warriors you must love peace. But you must be ready for battle. -Computer literate -Team player -English proficient -Organized -Detail-oriented -Able to lift 50 pounds -Tetris (seriously, fitting multiple items in a box is similar) -Background check required Pay: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour (the higher end pay for those with experience) Benefits Include: -Paid Sick Days -Paid Vacation (after 90 days) -Paid Holidays -Health Insurance (50% coverage for the worker only after 60 days) If interested, please submit a resume.
