WEST HAVEN, CT — West Haven's bulk trash pickup is behind schedule due to an "increase in company illness," according to Public Works Commissioner Tom J. McCarthy. "Whichever districts are not picked up this week, crews will finish picking up next week," officials wrote in a post on Facebook on Monday. "Every neighborhood will be picked up.
