The first in the series is Creative Calisthenics, getting out of comfort zones through an exciting and unexpected exercise with paint. Registration is required as this workshop is limited to 15. Tuesdays, April 26, May 3, May 10, May 17, May 24 and May 31 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Create Peace of Mind™ expressive arts workshops use creativity and storytelling to help people create peace of mind. PeaceLove began when cousins Matt Kaplan and Jeff Sparr wanted to change the way they saw people approaching mental health. They wanted to create a space that encouraged creativity, self expression, and storytelling.
