Why do I care so much about this? Because for years, I battled with my mental health unaware that my dietary and lifestyle choices were destroying my brain, elevating my anxiety, spiraling my depression, and zapping my concentration. In 2004, I began my long road to recovery and healing. I took the lessons that I learned through the process, turned them into an opportunity to help others, and went back to school to get Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition. I quit my career and opened Abundant Life Nutrition and Wellness in 2016.
