STRATFORD, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Michelle Rodriguez, 17, who was reported missing from Stratford on Monday, April 25. Rodriguez is described by police as a White/Hispanic female with brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5-feet tall and weighs 100 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, dark pants, white sneakers and a dark green backpack.
