This workshop will provide a general overview of the WaterFirst program and discuss water, wastewater, and stormwater funding options. This workshop is provided by the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority, Golden Triangle Resource Conservation & Development (RC&D) Council, and the Georgia Environmental Protection Division - Section 319(h) Grant. The preparation of the WaterFirst Workshop 2022 was financed in part through a grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency under the Provisions of Section 319(h) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended. Environmental Protection Division of the Department of Natural Resources, State of Georgia, May 2022. Cost: This workshop is offered at no cost to participants. Lunch: Will be provided. Who should attend: This workshop is designed for local government water, wastewater, and stormwater system managers, clerks, treasurers, elected officials, and others who would be involved in applying for WaterFirst designation.
