Sacred Mandala of the Self Join us for a deep dive into the Sacred Mandala of the Self, guided by the ancient teachings hidden within the Mandala and its power as a blue print for consciousness. Each week we will gather in circle to explore each of the five sections of the mandala, learning about what aspects of yourself are contained within its space and qualities. Using guided meditations, contemplative teachings and art making, Sofia Sunshine will guide participants into transformative processes of awakening and integration of parts of ourselves that may otherwise live dormant or unacknowledged. Each week students will create a different piece of art, as part of their mandala experience. No previous art making or meditation experience is necessary. All art supplies are included. Students may attend individual sessions or receive a discounted rate of $300 when registering for the full series.
