I read the shelters stopped taking animals for a couple of days they only will admit animals with emergencies.If you find a dog look for owner.I know a good rescue that helped me with my dog and gave her shots for free and microchip outside of their shelter near 22nd st.They always get dogs of all breeds and sizes and have a 24 hours shelter to hold them safely until owners are found.I can provide their number and address.My friend is a volunteer for them and recommended taking my dog there.I want to pay it forward and recommend them too👍 B.T.
