Every Thursday is Black Apple Comedy Night! Featuring touring headliners and your favorite locals. Always funny, always a FREE show! Join Natural State Comedy every Thursday in Springdale for the Black Apple Comedy Night! This show features hilarious stand-up comedians from all over the country alongside your local favorites all for the low, low price of FREE! The show starts at 7:45 pm, so please arrive early to get good seats and enjoy some delicious hard ciders made on-site at Black Apple Hard Cider! This week we have the return of the always funny Andrew Deacon w/ special guests Matt McElhone and Miles Francis! Andrew Deacon has performed comedy all across the country. He’s spent the last seven years performing at comedy clubs, festivals, bars, and even a few funerals. His humor comes from weird observations, a love for wordplay and complaints about his tiny hands. He has opened for several stand-up comedians, including Maria Bamford, Nate Bargatze, Theo Von, Kyle Kinane, and more. All of them complimented him on his punctuality. He’s also performed on Roast Battle at The Comedy Store, Naked Roast Battle at Skankfest NYC, 7 Minutes in Purgatory and Late Late Breakfast. Miles Francis is an up and comer on the Dallas stand-up scene. He combines his improv and podcasting background to create high energy and thought provoking comedy. When he’s not on the stage, he produces and hosts the Best Darn Diddly Podcast, a Simpson’s review show. Miles embiggens laughter with his irreverent perspective and his cromulent spirit. Matt McElhone is an Army veteran who spent a year fighting in Afghanistan and 2 years drinking in Korea. He’s traveled the country opening and featuring for comics like Steve Hirst, Butch Lord, and Ben Creed. His witty writing style and potent misdirects pair perfectly with his charm on stage.
