Malay cuisine, also known as Malaysian cuisine, the general use of curry, worship, a SAN, dong Yan four spices seasoning cooking, is hot and Malay food has always been famous for its unique flavor and variety. With rice or noodles as the main dish, Malay food is usually served with meat or fish cooked in different flavors and steamed vegetables on a healthy side dish. The food is dipped in sambal shrimp paste made from fresh chillies, anchovies and capers, and the game is very strong. Malay cuisine is the best reflection of Malaysia's multi-ethnic culture. All races in Malaysia have retained their home cuisines, and the various Malay cuisines that have evolved have been influenced by local cuisines. Ethnic Chinese, who make up 30% of Malaysia's population, have brought the essence of Chinese cooking to Malaysia, where fusion has become a major feature of Malay cuisine. Malay cuisine, also known as Niang Yakai, combines the quintessence of Chinese and Malay cooking, and is further enhanced by the influence of different cultures.
