RV Electrician Needed for a job NOW ASAP PLEASE

I have a 2014 RV 5th wheel. I bought it new. I have an electrical issue and one of my A/Cs and my heater will not run. They both make a noise when I turn them on so i know they get power but they will not come on. If you can help, please call me asap. IF... you can solve the problem AND fix the problem, I have a minimum of 500.00 waiting for you. Thank you JWH
