HOA Landscaper Wanted Countrywood HOA is a large self-managed homeowners association in Walnut Creek. The property consists of 299 townhouses, clubhouse and swimming pool set in 42.5 acres of park-like, landscaped grounds. We employ 2 maintenance staff and 4 landscapers. We are seeking a proactive person to fill a vacant landscaper position. We have a generous Holiday and PTO plan. The Essentials: • Familiar with preventative and planned landscape maintenance • Fluent in Spanish/English preferred • Must have CA driver’s license • Must be US citizen or have Green Card • Must have social security card • Must be able to work independently • Must be able to comfortably lift 35 pounds • Must be familiar with a variety of landscaping equipment • Must be a team player, but have the ability to work independently • Must be able to work Full Time Job duties include • Basic landscape duties such leaf maintenance, weed/grass edging and mowing, trimming bushes/hedges. • Familiar with blowing leaves into a pile for later pickup • Collection of tarps full of trimmings/leaves • Occasional shoveling of mulch with wheel barrow • Occasional trash collection to maintain cleanliness of common area courts • Other duties as assigned • Work hours 7 am to 3:30 pm
