What will I be doing? ~ General Maintenance Technician - Full Time Responsible for the overall maintenance of the property to ensure a safe, clean and in great working order hotel. This means you will be responsible for preventative maintenance of guest rooms which may include: light plumbing, electrical fixtures, interior painting and/or touch-up, restoring or repairing of furniture, interior touch-ups such as tile, carpet replacement. Also will be responsible for daily mandatory inspections of the pool equipment/chemical, fire prevention equipment and meter readings (as needed). Diagnose and solve maintenance problems. Ensure all work is done in a timely manner and follow up. Must be friendly and display great Hilton Hospitality towards our guests. This position will be required to work weekends.
