Our clients include many of the top restaurants across the country. Cayson is renowned for our quality and customer service. As we proudly produce our apparel in our modern San Francisco sewing workshop, we can accommodate short lead-times, customized orders, and embroidery services. QUALIFICATIONS • Experience with shipping software preferred but not required • Willing to train the right person • This position largely interacts with internal personnel • Accuracy is required in performing all functions of the position • This position relies on performance efficiency, strict quality standards and requires reliable on-time attendance • May need to work in a standing position, walk, bend, push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs., demonstrating proper work safety techniques • Noise level in work environment is normally low to moderate Previous experience a plus, but we are willing to train, if you are willing to learn! Position requires a positive attitude, high attention to detail, dependable and reliable attendance. Command of the English language, in speaking, writing & reading are necessary to communicate effectively with company staff. Strong basic computer skills and the ability to learn additional computer programs. Adherence to all company policies, procedures and guidelines are required. RESPONSIBILITIES Packaging & Shipment Processing • Check orders for accuracy and completeness • Prepare & box orders for daily shipping • Enter shipping information using FedEx Shipping Manager for domestic and international shipments • Print shipping labels & match with boxed orders accurately • Record shipping cost on orders, for final invoicing • Enclose final invoice, seal boxes & apply labels • Job would require 3-4 hours daily for shipping Additional Duties • Workstation clean up and organization • Various minor tasks to assist in daily operations, as needed COMPENSATION • Wage starting at $17/hour plus benefits including, paid holidays and personal time off • Work hours: Monday – Friday 12PM-4PM • Apply, with email attached resumes and cover letter (do not call employer) Cayson Designs, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer
