Role: Operations Associate (Part Time) Hours: 20-30 hours/week Compensation: $20-$25/hour Role Description: We are looking for a part time operations associate to help with: Receiving & Distributing Supplies - Receive incoming packages - Prepare & pack supplies for distribution - Distribute supplies to our mini clinics by delivering and placing supplies into designated areas Warehouse Management - Maintain organization and cleanliness of supply room & offsite storage unit - Perform month end inventory audits Clinic Set-Ups - Move medical supplies, medical equipment, and furniture - Assemble and disassemble furniture building - Perform miscellaneous order pickups from Target, Home Depot, etc. Requirements: - Able to lift at least 50 pounds - Able to drive personal vehicle within Bay Area (mileage compensation provided) - Able to drive moving van when needed - Strong organizational skills - Comfortable with using Google Drive apps (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Calendar) - Live within a reasonable distance to Oakland Preferred: - Experience with medical supplies or willingness to learn - Experience with supply chain Additional Details: Role can be converted to full time depending on performance Who Are We?
