Sweet Kitten to Good Home

Description
I’m in Oakland and recently adopted this boy kitten, when I agreed to foster a grown cat, who would’ve otherwise have gone to a kill shelter. The “owner” ghosted and now I have two cats. The grown cat has more needs, has been bounced around a lot, and it is easier to home a kitten so I’m, sadly, looking for a GOOD home for him. I’m asking for $100 rehoming fee, that you bring a carrier to pick him up in (I have one but it’s old and beat up, from the rescue I took in), and that you send pics maybe every 6 months or so, just to let me know he’s doing well! He’s very intelligent and I’ve actually been able to train him to sleep at night and play in the daytime- something I’ve not been able to do with any other cat. He also has been trained to stay off the counters and he is DOG FRIENDLY! He sleeps with my Vizsla and they play- it’s adorable! 💕 (see pic) I’ve had cats my whole life and this little guy has been the easiest to train: just make a shushing sound and remove him and say “No” when he does something he’s not supposed to. He’s a very quick learner and I attribute it to his intelligence level. He’s 12 weeks old and is a total purr ball, sweetheart, who loves to bat trash around the house, is a mischievous kitten, always curling up into the funniest places (I wish I had taken more pics!). He likes to sleep with the dog, instead of me, but loves to be carried and hates to be alone- he will follow you everywhere! He also eats like a cow! I had to get him better food because he wasn’t being sustained on the stuff I was giving him. Once I did that, his appetite stabilized. He’s fearless and not shy or timid and well-adapted so he should be just fine to adjust to a new home. I’m right off of the 880 Fwy at Fruitvale in Oakland. I don’t need you to be rich or even wealthy, but animals are expensive and I’m looking for a responsible pet owner, who can take him to the vet and make sure he is healthy and safe. I’m looking for someone with a stable lifestyle, who won’t likely have to rehome him but would contact me to take him, in the event that you do. Also, I’m hoping to find someone that will have enough time to spend with him or family that can spend time with him because he’s little and kittens need a lot of attention. I’m not in a huge hurry to rehome him so, if you are a fit, but can’t take him right away for some reason, I can hold onto him. My biggest concern is finding him a loving home while he’s still little and easy to adopt out. I have an appointment to get him neutered in 3 weeks, if needed. I have him on my pet insurance, who will reimburse me to have him neutered so I can easily do that, if needed. Right now, they are really backed up and want him to be old enough. Please send your contact information and a little bit about you. Are you looking for an outdoor or indoor cat?
