I came across your Dad's ashes while I was doing a river clean up the other day in Jenner. I placed your Dad's ashes in a rock cairn with a good view of the ocean but I think you might have intended another location with your container. I've tried to find the kids online that sent his ashes adrift but can't, the last name Riley appears with life dates May 29-1919- October 22, 2008. It's been in the water a while apparently. Send me an email and let me know the unique container you placed him in and I'd be happy to take you and show you his new resting spot for retrieval or just knowing where it came to rest. I didn't quite know what else to do, it wasn't trash I was collecting and didn't want to disrespect the intention. Let me know how best to help your family.
