This regularly held event, will allow women to network, build relationships, and discuss leadership topics relevant to women in SW Georgia. Our first topic for discussion is, "Making Room for Women to Have a Voice". The objective of this event is to create an authentic and vulnerable environment that allows women to talk about rising up as leaders without fear and/or judgment. To learn from seasoned leaders who have set the bar high on specific topics, and to learn from the collective knowledge of a likeminded group of women. Any woman is welcome to attend who aspires to build influence as a leader at work, at home, in their community, schools, neighborhoods, church, etc., in a way that lifts the overall wellbeing of SWGA. What is the expected outcome of this event? 1. To network and establish relationships with other women in the community 2. To confidently begin or to keep sharing my "voice" 3. To support other women as they share their "voice" 4. To recognize there will be "voices" that I disagree with, but that I can disagree with the "voice" and still value the person
