Remodeler / Handyman needed. Work can starting in May. Looking for quick turn around on punchlist Work on condo punch list. Looking for someone that can work on minor plumbing, painting, bathroom tile, low voltage electrical, drywall repair, and clean up. Couple/few days of work. Must have active LNI registration, insurance, and bond. Scope of work but not limited to are: -Install sliding flat closet doors -install bathroom vanity and tile (potentially) -Install door knobs -Drywall fix and repair -bath vanity drain repair -Connect cable wiring -Touch up paint -minor repairs Looking for someone that can put the finishing touches to a remodel project to make it SHINE. This person should have attention to detail, extensive remodeling, and general repairs experience. If first project is successful then and there is more potential work. This project will in the Bellevue / Seattle area, so you will have to be within commuting distance. Required qualifications: • Able to meet deadlines • Experience with painting, basic plumbing, low voltage electrical, framing, tile, and bath remodel • 10 plus years of construction experience • Must have your own tools and truck • Must have a smartphone and access to the internet • Ability to send progress with pictures • Handle punch list of items to complete.
