SEEKING MAINTENCE PERSON Heavy Restaurant Group is on the hunt for skilled and reliable handyperson for our seven Seattle and Woodinville based restaurants. Looking for someone with basic plumbing, electrical and mechanical knowledge. You should be skilled in a wide range of areas, but can recognize when a repair is outside of their skill set and be able to make a recommendation. Responsibilities and qualifications include: • Safely use common power and hand tools • HVAC knowledge and repair • General plumbing knowledge ○ Comfortable with basic plumbing fixes for leaking or broken toilets, sinks, drains etc.. Replace plumbing parts when needed • General electrical knowledge • Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary • Complete general building cleaning and maintenance, this could range from the following ○ Paint touch up ○ Changing light bulbs ○ Power washing patios ○ Cleaning windows ○ Moving furniture between locations & storage units ○ Reattaching table tops ○ Degreasing floors ○ Drywall patching • Perform regular scheduled maintenance operations, prevention and repair on gas, electrical and refrigeration. • Needs to be available at times for emergency / on call situations • Be able to track time, text, email and use outlook or google calendar • Strong communication skills and positive attitude • Self starter with good time management skills • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects as once • Attention to detail • Friends would describe you as a Macgyver or jack of all trades Perks • Plan your own schedule • Eat free tasty food • Work with great people • Competitive compensation • Full time, 30 - 40 hours a week
