I have baby Axolotls that hatched new years day. They are 3.4 to 4 inches long and eating earth worms cut up night crawlers, frozen blood worms as a treat, and pellets and are not picky at all :) Pics were taken during a water change, they are far more plump at the moment:) I have available ; one wild type, two lavenders, two coppers with iridophores (glittery gills),* and four leucistics ( three of them are very very slightly dirty Lucy's). They aren't currently in cycled water as they are still small, they are kept in cold water with prime to dechlorinate, so you don't have to have the full tank set up right now as they are still so small. They would do absolutely fine in tubs or a 5 gal tank with a small sponge filter or at least an airline. If you're new to Axolotls please ask me for info or do your research online as I need to make sure they go to loving homes. They cannot be.ept with any other tank mates besides other Axolotls. They have the best little personalities and love to explore and float around. They always greet anyone who walks by their tank. Must be able to meet in Olympia. Text me at if you're interested.
