Young Pair of Bonded Parakeets

I want to start by saying I wish I didn't need to rehome these parakeets, but my new apartment isn't the best living situation for them. They should be able to sit outside more and make all the noise they want. These birds at about 1 and 2 years old, with the female being younger and the male older. They both will sit on my finger when they have fly around time. If you are looking for good birds to start out with or even better is if you have bird experience, they will be great pets. I'm rehoming them for free, but I also have a brand new cage and tons of toys for their cage that I'm willing to part with if needed. All the extra toys, food, the cage would be $200. Looking for serious applications and I prefer a previous bird owner as they are not a beginner level animal (unlike what petsmart says). They're very smart animals.
