PHOENIXVILLE — Police responded to these incidents in the borough from March 28 to April 10. Public Drunkenness A 50-year-old Phoenixville man was cited March 28 with public drunkenness after entering the wrong home in the 100 block of Persimmon Lane.A 24-year-old Boyertown man was cited on March 28 with public drunkenness after he was found passed out and under the influence of alcohol in the 100 block of Main Street. Harassment A 31-year-old Phoenixville woman was cited on April 11 with harassment for harassing her neighbor in the 700 block of West Bridge Street. Theft An 18- year-old Phoenixville man was arrested on April 4 for retail theft after removing merchandise from a unit block of Nutt Road. Assault A 25-year-old Phoenixville man was arrested April 8 in connection with a domestic incident in the 300 block of Hall Street. Criminal Mischief On April 10, a 21-year-old Spring City man was cited for breaking the rear windshield of a vehicle in the 200 block of Prospect Street. Drunken DrivingThe following individuals were arrested for drunken driving.
