Re-homing "Only Boy" Dumbo Rat with Cage and Supplies

I'm re-homing my beloved pet rat as I'm no longer able to provide the love and care this sweet boy deserves. He's called an only boy as he is aggressive towards other male rats and is not fixed so has not been around females. He's super chill and loves giving kisses. He has a "rat tutor" which is a large cage with a basket full of random supplies. Im very hesitant to put him on here and would like to make sure he is a part of the family as a pet and not a feeder.
