"Philadelphia has a fire problem and we need your help because fire is everyone's fight," Thiel said. Thiel says there was so much fire blowing out of the first and second story of a home on the 3200 block of Hartville Street when firefighters arrived around 2 a.m. that they couldn't get close to the building.
