Looking for fence installers, general laborers, and foreman/ crew leaders. Open to both seasonal and long term employment. Valid drivers license with clean record preferred, and is necessary for foreman position. Experience in wood fence install preferred but will train the right people. If applying and listing prior experience we will be looking fo you to be able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience when discussing pay. Must be dependable and available for full time work monday-friday. Pay based on actual fence installation experience to start above base pay. Hours start at 7am and we finish up daily around 5 or 6. Hours about 40 paid time and a half. Pay is weekly each friday and can be paid direct deposit or check. We work in all weather conditions year round weather hot or cold. laborers need to be prepared to work and not afraid of hard work. Lot of room for expansion and increasing income as installers learn and prove they can do tasks on their own and take on additional responsibility. We will continue to train and teach as you show you are ready to take on more. Crew leaders must be able to fully install fences on their own from line out and post set to finish of fence and gates. Need to know most if not all materials and style of fence to take on this position. Must be able to direct crew members and to keep others on crew on task and doing things correctly and safely. Problem solving, team leader, dependable and motivated to get things done and done right. If you say you are experienced we will need to verify your experience. Building a fence for your grandmas neighbors sister does not qualify for you as experienced. We will not pay crew leader money to someone who has no fence construction experience. Must be able to lift 50-100lbs routinely(concrete bags are 60 and 80) and able to work at a steady pace though out the day.
