Can't anybody help me. All I did was put in a new ground wire to the back and now nothing works off the 12 volts. I have a spare 12 volt battery but I have no tools to get it off or to do anything and I really just need some help please quit flagging my posts and send somebody to help me I have money I can pay somebody
