A 115 slip marina in suburban Washington DC has a part-time Dockmaster position currently available. Duties include: • Perform periodic inspections of the marina facility. • Identify problems and take appropriate action to avoid facility damage • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to the facility. • Perform periodic waste holding tank pump out of slip holder’s vessels. • Assist with relocation of boats within the marina. • Other tasks as assigned by marina manager. Requirements • Minimum of one-year experience in a marina or yacht club environment desirable. • Some mechanical skills highly desirable • Driver’s License • Weekend availability essential.
