CONNECTICUT — The Amazon distribution facility in Trumbull is nearing its final stages of construction, which will eventually mean more traffic in the area around the area. The warehouse is located at 7120 Main St., which is near Spring Hill Road. Amazon invested $11 million to renovate a building that has been vacant for nearly 10 years. An official opening date hasn't been announced yet, but police are warning residents to get ready for traffic changes in the area. An opening is anticipated later this month. Police officers will be near the area to monitor traffic changes and help as residents adjust to the new traffic patterns.
