My sister is missing, homless, possibly drugs.if been searching for her since Feb 17 th.She was last seen released from CCDC early. I Belive she's incompetent,druged traumatized,and mentally ill. I have been Sleeping in my car, walking in bad neborhoods, talking to homless, walking in Allies, tunnels,i hired private investigater and got scammed. So plz if anyone has seen ( Angela)Or knows we're I can find her plz call me.Shes 5'7, blue eyes, blonde hair, 42 yes old, large breast inplants,and about 150 pounds or less.
