* Experience maintenance person with drive and initiative to support our operations team and to help maintain seven mobile home parks in Aroostook County Maine. * Position can be part time or full time. * All parks are within 10-55 minutes of each other, from Houlton to Limestone * We are looking for: * A self motivated and hard working person with excellent handyman skills. * Experience and knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical skills a plus but willing to train * Driver's license required * Scope of work includes but not limited to: - Upgrading and renovating homes - Engagement with tenants - Repair and maintenance of parks including buildings, roads, operating trucks, skid steer and excavator - Plowing and mowing - Competence dealing with multiple activities and issues * Compensation to be discussed If you are looking to be part of a hard working team who are motivated to improve our parks then this job might be right for you
