TRUMBULL, CT —A 19-year-old Bridgeport man was arrested after a dispute at the Trumbull mall, according to police. Rayan Taylor, 19, went to the food court with his girlfriend and their 8-month-old baby on May 22.
Taylor saw his ex-girlfriend and her male friend and began to yell at the friend, police said. He then got on the roof of his ex-girlfriend's car and began to yell at the male friend for him to come out to the parking lot in front of the 8-month-old baby. He called him an anti-gay slur, police said.
The friend stayed inside to avoid a fight.
Taylor left before police arrived and officers applied for an arrest warrant. He was charged with breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor and second-degree intimation due to bias. He was released on a $10,000 bond.
