Got a 1,500 square foot studio that we’re not using as much and willing to split the cost with others. Best for one full band that’s responsible and respectful. Can play from 9am to 11 pm Monday through Sunday. Paying 600 and we have internet. Looking to split cost. Plenty of time and space. We also have ring on front door and willing to split insurance. We probably use the space 8 hours a week. Tuesday, Friday and Sunday nights for about 3 hours each night. Other than that the place is typically not in use. Decent place for recording however that’s when there isn’t other bands or musicians in the building. Best is for rehearsal and jamming. Most have own equipment and not touch others and no zero drama.
