Hi, I am to be the new manager of two storage facilities in Presque Isle and Mars Hills. I will be in town around May 11 to hold interviews for a maintenance man/woman. Duties will include: communication with myself, overlocking units for nonpayment, light repair work, overseeing contractors for repairs, cleaning units and preparing for renting, some lawn and snow removal/care, etc...
