Rehoming our 13 month old Shepard Mix

We need to rehome our 13 month old female shepard/Terrier mix. Her name is Penny. She's very friendly. Loves people, and a sweetheart. She loves kisses and being petted. She is housebroken, but I don't know how she would do with other households, and she's always been with us and We trained her. She is UTD on shots, fixed, and will come with all vet records. She Listens to "lay down", "outside", "eat", and "water". She still needs A LOT of training. We can't keep her due to the amount of time we're home and how often she's in her kennel. She will come with a kennel, a lot of dog food, her leash (that's tied together because she chewed it) her ball, and a horn she chews on. She chewed up her bowls, too. We just use Tupperware bowls to feed and water her with. There is a small rehoming fee of $150.
