San Diego Maid Company is currently hiring cleaning professionals for full time and part-time positions. If you are a detail-oriented person that is experienced in cleaning, we would love to interview you. Starting pay is $22/Hour and you are enrolled in our 401K program with optional contributions. The pay is weekly direct deposit which gives our cleaners more financial flexibility. After 90 days, you qualify for our health care plan and other San Diego Maid Company work life benefits. Job Description: -As a cleaning associate you will clean residential homes, apartments, staged homes, and Airbnb and vacation rental homes. -We offer our clients regular cleanings, move in/move out cleanings and deep cleanings in which you will be assigned. -Some cleaning expectations will be cleaning kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, dusting, mopping, sweeping, windows, mirrors, baseboards, windowsills, inside oven, inside fridge, stove, inside drawers and cabinets and laundry depending on the job. -Must be able to bend and stand for prolonged periods. -Must take required breaks and meal breaks. -Cleaning associate must wear appropriate work attire including closed-toe athletic shoes for safety. -Cleaning supplies and equipment will be provided; the cleaning associate must maintain and account for any items checked out for the cleaning jobs. -Must work independently on regular cleanings although the larger deep cleanings and move-in/move-out cleanings you may be paired with another team member. -Cleaning associate is required to drive responsibly when using a company vehicle to travel to worksites and maintain a valid driver's license. -Mileage reimbursements will be made for team members who use their own vehicle to get to appointments. -Cleaning associates will commonly interact with clients and must maintain good customer service along with quality of work as the clients will survey the team members on the job as a whole. Our San Diego Maid Company team stands out because of their positive attitude and willingness to get the job done correctly for the client. -Cleaning associates will need to make sure to log their hours into our scheduling system which can be downloaded on your smart phone. -Team member meetings are once a month and will be paid.
