This job position is NOT an administrative or office position. Skilled Construction applicants only. You will not be considered without experience listed below. Please note that we are not looking to train unskilled workers at the moment. Gottschalk Construction is currently seeking a reliable skilled worker to add to our team. We are a residential maintenance company that serves all of San Diego county up to oceanside. We perform services such as, dry wall repairs, fence repairs, smaller remodels, water damage repairs, and misc. work that include a wide range of construction and maintenance services. Must Have Experience in the areas listed below: Carpentry (trim work/finish carpentry, rebuilding cabinets, building fences, baseboard/door installation) Drywall and texture Caulk and paint Maintenance/handyman repairs Please respond back to the email listed in the reply box (above left hand corner of the page) with your work experience, a little about you, and what your desired hourly pay is and we will reach out for a phone interview.
