Workers with a background in welding, grout, construction, painting and metal are encouraged to apply, though we will train the right person regardless of experience. WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A CANDIDATE: • Are Punctual & Reliable • Are In Good Physical Shape • Have an Excellent Driving Record (for insurance purposes) • Exhibit Artistic Inclination (Much of our work requires use of patinas, paint, stains, etc. and an artist's discretion) • Show Enthusiasm • Demonstrate Customer Service Skills & the Ability to Upsell (We offer Paid Commissions) • Have an Interest in Making 'Restoration' a Career (We have an extensive training program, and want workers who are looking for long-term employment) • Live within 20 Miles of our Headquarters (Our offices and warehouse are in Carlsbad, California) • Can Occasionally Stay Overnight for Work (Rarely required, an example would be Thousand Oaks or San Francisco) Pay: Starts at $20 per hour (training) up to $25 per hour!
