Entry level Grounds keeper laborer needed Local property management company seeking entry level worker willing to learn and grow in general property maintenance field. Year round, full time(40+) employment. • $18.00 to start DOE plus benefits • General grounds keeping/pressure washing experience a plus • Clean driving record with proof of insurance • Able to pass pre hire physical and drug screen • Able to work in inclement weather • Will do daily trash walks, hauling and pressures washing to keep properties looking their best at various properties throughout the area • Use of personal vehicle required (no cars- must be able to tow small trailer), with a mileage reimbursement provided • Able to work independently, follow instructions and to track job times/costs accurately Let us know what you have to bring to our diverse team!
