The role of Sanitation Tech is cleaning of the plant production equipment and facility to meet food safety, customer quality and worker safety requirements. The Sanitation Tech must be able to configure and operate sanitation machinery and equipment in accordance with procedures and guidelines. Must read and be able to interpret control sheets, technician manuals and sanitation standardized operating procedures to clean and sanitize food contact surfaces.
