Press release from the Town of Northborough: October 7, 2020 Habitat for Humanity MWGW Website Homeownership Program We are now accepting homeownership applications for our 24 Hitching Post Lane, Northborough homeownership opportunity. A new application is required for each of our builds. Single family condo with 2 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths End unit with 1458 sqft of living space, vaulted ceiling on the first floor! The Homeownership Application deadline is Monday, November 2, 2020 While we will have other homes opening up in the future, at this time, we are only accepting applications for this home. To help you with the process, we recommend families complete and submit the homeownership pre-qualification form first. This will help in determining whether this property is the right fit for your family's needs whether it's meeting AMI guidelines or being sure the property has the appropriate number of bedrooms. Once you are done, please send to [email protected] or mail to the address listed below. (Please remember the pre-qualification form is not mandatory and is not an application.) Your annual income falls between 30 - 60% of the Area Median Income Range for Middlesex County. We offer homes that fit the families need at the current time, not for the possible needs of the future. You are willing to partner with Habitat for Humanity MetroWest/Greater Worcester to become a successful home owner (Examples of partnership include participation in homeownership courses and completion of sweat equity hours on your own home or another Habitat for Humanity project).
