Press release from the Town of Northborough: October 7, 2020 Habitat for Humanity MWGW Website Homeownership Program We are now accepting homeownership applications for our 24 Hitching Post Lane, Northborough homeownership opportunity. A new application is required for each of our builds. Single family condo with 2 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths End unit with 1458 sqft of living space, vaulted ceiling on the first floor! The Homeownership Application deadline is Monday, November 2, 2020 While we will have other homes opening up in the future, at this time, we are only accepting applications for this home. To help you with the process, we recommend families complete and submit the homeownership pre-qualification form first. This will help in determining whether this property is the right fit for your family's needs whether it's meeting AMI guidelines or being sure the property has the appropriate number of bedrooms.
